NHPS was established in 1884 and is located on the eastern side of Nambucca Heads. The school is set on a large site and has access to a diverse and extensive range of different indoor and outdoor learning spaces. Our students enjoy participating in a range of extra-curricular activities that complement their daily learning and academic progress.
Our school has a rich and proud history of events and activities and frequently invites our community to participate in performances, cultural activities, parades, sporting events and much more.
In 2025, we have one Kindergarten class, three Year 1/2 classes, two Year 3/4 classes, two Year 5/6 classes and one Multicategorical support class. All students are provided with the learning resources required to undertake their daily classroom activities including stationery, technology and equipment. Families are asked only to supply a pair of wired headphones for use in their child's classroom.
